This is my collection of non-DBZ
anime music videos. Several of these have been played
at anime conventions over the years, and even a few
have won some awards! Please don't pass them up just
because they're not DBZ music videos, and are big file
sizes. These are the works I am the most proud of. :)
All of my music videos
are downloadable via my AnimeMusicVideos.Org
member profile. To download my videos from

Mosey on over to my AMV user

It'll only take a few minutes, and is completely
worth the effort. This site is a great resource.
Head on the heels
of my Utena TV series is my first music video
based on the Utena Movie: Adolescence Mokushiroku
(hence the title of my video, "Adolscence
Apocolypse"). At this time in my life,
my obsession with all things Utena was at its
highest. I just couldn't get enough of this
show! So I decided to make a quickie music video
using movie footage to a sappy popular love
song of the day. I think I seriously whipped
this thing up in 2-3 hours, because this thing
is extremely unimpressive.
Like most newbie Utena movie
AMVs, this fits the standard very well. Story's
about Utena and Anthy... use the roses dance
scene, use the big car finale, open with a very
"Bachelorette" feel. Blah! So boring,
it's just like all the other Utena videos! As
you can see, I don't like this one very much,
and I don't even remember making it in the first
place... :P
This was the
first music video that I ever sent to an anime
convention. And it was one of the most embarassing
experiences ever. :P
The idea for this video
is a rather stupid one. It's "The Animal
Song". Utena has lots of animals in that
show, in lots of weird moments. Comedy ensues!
Well, at least to me, and Kim Herbst, who helped
me make this video.
I made this
music video using the 2-VCR method, which is
something I hadn't done since 1998. This was
one of two submissions for the first ver Shoujocon
music video contest back in 2000. However, they
did not accept this video because "even
though it's about girls, it doesn't use all
shoujo anime." Whatever. Hey, at least
I can say due to this video, they had to change
the rules! Muwahaha, so evil.
As a tribute video, this
one doesn't have much of a point to it. It shows
cool shows of various girls from a few series,
looking hot/powerful/etc. That's more or less.
Whoa, amazing,
my first non-DBZ music video since 1998! Cool!
Too bad this one is ultra-cheesy. :P At this
point in my life, I was *heavily* into Gundam
Wing (which amuses me to no end because now
I think that series is complete garbage). In
my original description for this video, I wrote:
"After being obsessed
with the show for merely 3 weeks, I figured
it was time to make a music vid for it. And
this is the PERFECT song for GW, too! It's so...spacey!
This vid is more or less an excuse for random
mecha violence. =)"
