Looks - Short body, short hair, but cute.  Kind of looks tomboy-ish, but she can still act femine sometimes.

Smarts - Pretty smart.  She's no idiot, but she's also no Gohan, that's for sure.

Personality - Has bitchy tendancies, but is outgoing and always speaks her mind.  She's generally pretty happy, and takes pride in her fighting skills.   Beware, she can be a little bossy.

Fighting Skills -  The strongest half-Saiyajin/half-Human female!   Not that there's much competetion. =P  Considering her age and gender, she is one helluva tough cookie.  It would be very interesting to see if she ever went Super Saiyajin one day.

Special Abilities - Kamehameha, flying, assorted ki attacks.

Competition - Trunks <rolls over and dies. j/k>.  Although it is never really said, it appears that Pan has a little thing for Trunks.  She may not show it, but she does seem to have some concern for him.

In-Laws - Goku, Chi-Chi, Gohan, Videl, Mr. Satan

Economics -  Normal, more or less.  The girl can't fight all her life, so she's going to have to get a job eventually.  Once that happens, things should be pretty set.

Sex - With Pan, you could never tell.  On the one hand, she may take charge during the whole thing, but on the other hand, she might let you do all the work.  Expect a lot of surprises with this girl.

Overall - She is for sure one of the coolest DB chicks around, but life with her could either be heaven or hell, depending on what kind of person you are.
