Looks - Fairly tall, lean and well built (wait, most of the DBZ guys are), black spikey hair.

Smarts - One of the smartest people in the DBZ gang.  I guess all that sudying Chi-Chi makes him go through paid off really well.  Book smart, but not tremendously street-smart.

Personality - Nice, smart, loyal...nothing wrong with this guy as near as I can tell.  Has a slight obsession with Piccolo-san.

Fighting Skills -  Unbelievable.  Gohan has the power to surpass his father (he's even done so during the Cell Fight), but after becoming a scholar, his fighting skills lower significantly.

Special Abilities - Masenko, Kamehameha, assorted ki attacks, flying.

Competition - Videl, his girlfriend and future wife.  She knows martial arts as well, so be afraid.

In-Laws - Goku, Chi-Chi, Ox King, Goten.

Economics -  So-so.  Hopefully, his future position as a scholar will account for a lot of the bread-winning in the house.

Sex - Normal.  Since he's so smart, I'm sure he's read up on the dirty deed, so he probably knows what he's doing.

Overall - A pretty swell, overall guy.  His smarts and fighting ability are great bonuses, and he's just a nice person. ^_^
